Abstractive Health is an HIE aggregator: give it patient demographics, it fans out across the Carequality network (Epic, Athena, PointClickCare, 4,200+ hospitals), pulls every document it finds, and converts it all to FHIR. The card's goal: pull a sample of residents from three Independent-Living communities, map to our FHIR structures, and surface via Careflows + the Full Profile API. One-time load per resident, no schedule. Cost-sensitive: $3 per initial pull, $1 per repeat — so we build everything on the free paths first.
Everything through Stage 1 is done at $0. Remaining steps hit real gates: paid pulls, plus people/compliance decisions.
Live results from the read-only client (abstractive_client.py). Paid endpoints are intentionally gated and untested until approved.

These bill per patient or mutate data, so they stay gated behind explicit approval.
The Swagger UI at docs.abstractivehealth.com is a SPA backed by split YAML defs (patientsearch, cdaprocessing, pdfprocessing). No account / usage / billing endpoint is exposed — so trial status & quota can't be queried via the API; ask Chris directly.
